Represented a provider of nursing home staffing services in a $17 million action for breach of contract and unjust enrichment against numerous affiliated defendants throughout Florida. After the claims were prosecuted, the defendants’ parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. We continue to represent the client in the bankruptcy proceedings as a creditor and member of the statutory unsecured creditors’ committee.
