CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Patent Law
India Rose Morin’s experience includes complex civil litigation, securities matters, and legal research.
Before joining Continental, India worked as a law clerk on civil litigation matters, assisting with pleadings, dispositive motions, pre-suit correspondence, and case development. She also served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
While attending the University of Miami School of Law, India participated in the Investor Rights Clinic, representing underserved investors in securities arbitration matters before FINRA. She also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Communication and Research.
