Kate Corcoran’s experience includes complex litigation, appellate matters, and legal research across a range of substantive areas.
Before joining Continental, Kate gained litigation experience as a summer associate at an AmLaw 200 firm, and served as a judicial intern to Judge Robert J. Luck of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She also served as a research assistant at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, conducting research on constitutional and statutory issues.
During law school, Kate was a member of the Florida Trial Team and a staff editor of the Florida Journal of International Law. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law and was named Outstanding Advocate in the Florida Trial Team Litigator League Competition.
