About

Catherine Urbanek is an associate attorney at Continental PLLC focusing on complex commercial litigation and arbitration.

Before joining Continental, Catherine was a law clerk for the Honorable Joshua Mize on the Florida Sixth District Court of Appeal. She also served as a law clerk in the Law Enforcement Defense Division at the Office of the Texas Attorney General.

Previously, she was associate claims counsel at a Fortune 500 national title insurance company responsible for real property transactions, litigation strategy, and outside counsel management.

Catherine is on the board of the Florida Federalist Society Young Lawyers Chapter and is an Allied Attorney for the Alliance Defending Freedom.

Catherine received her J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and her B.F.A. in Drama, with a concentration in acting, from Carnegie Mellon University.
