Garcia is an accomplished election integrity, campaign finance, and ethics lawyer. As the 2020 Florida Election Day Operations Director for the Trump Campaign, Garcia developed a lawyer-focused election integrity model which she expanded nationally in 2022 as National Election Integrity Counsel at the Republican National Committee. Her experience includes serving as Counsel to Commissioner James E. “Trey” Trainor, III, Vice Chairman of the Federal Election Commission.
