Carmen Manrara Cartaya joins The Underline Conservancy Board of Directors

Continental PLLC attorney Carmen Manrara Cartaya has been appointed to The Underline Conservancy Board of Directors, contributing to the mission of maintaining a first-class 10-mile linear park that provides free accessible wellness and culture programming for the community.

Cartaya has been involved in the development of The Underline project since its inception. She was instrumental in negotiating and establishing The Underline’s Management Agreement with Miami-Dade County. In her new role on the Board, she will play a pivotal part in advancing The Underline’s vision. This endeavor includes not only the physical development of this transformative space, but also the provision of accessible wellness, cultural, educational programming, and public art for our community.
