Arrastia is an experienced first chair trial attorney and advisor in disputed business, commercial, and fraud cases. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, fiduciaries, government and quasi-governmental entities, publicly traded and privately held businesses, and individuals in federal and state courts. Arrastia has been appointed as a receiver and served as Special Litigation Counsel to the Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Title III debtors in the Puerto Rico insolvency proceedings (PROMESA), involving the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and multiple government agencies.
Suarez’s recent notable accomplishments include serving as part of the legal team that secured a landmark victory for President Donald Trump when a New York state appeals court tossed a nearly $500 million civil fraud penalty — a win that drew national media coverage. Suarez also served as Election Integrity Counsel for the Trump 2024 campaign, and as Chair of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
