About

Amanda Lopez-Cardet is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and general counsel & advisory services.

Prior to joining Continental PLLC, Amanda was an associate at a Florida-based defense law firm and was an intern for the Honorable Judge Kathleen M. Williams of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Amanda is a proud “double Cane,” having earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Miami, where she graduated summa cum laude.

While in law school, Amanda was an Executive Editor to the University of Miami Law Review. She was also a member of the University of Miami Moot Court Board and the President of the Rasco Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Amanda earned several honors and distinctions in the classroom, including the Director’s Book Award for Excellence in the Litigation Skills Program and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Civil Procedure I.
