Angelo M. Castaldi represents clients in a broad range of complex business litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and financial restructuring matters. Those clients have included fiduciaries, creditor committees, companies, and individuals across a variety of industries and disputes in state, federal district, and bankruptcy courts.
Angelo has also been recognized since 2019 as a “Rising Star” and top-rated business bankruptcy attorney in Miami by Florida Super Lawyers. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Bankruptcy Bar Association (BBA).
