Angelo M. Castaldi represents clients in a broad range of complex business litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and financial restructuring matters. Those clients have included fiduciaries, creditor committees, companies, and individuals across a variety of industries and disputes in state, federal district, and bankruptcy courts.

Angelo has also been recognized since 2019 as a “Rising Star” and top-rated business bankruptcy attorney in Miami by Florida Super Lawyers. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Bankruptcy Bar Association (BBA).

At the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Angelo served as the Senior Research Editor for the Florida Law Review, earned seven Book Awards, and graduated magna cum laude. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science, summa cum laude, from Villanova University in 2012.
