Jennifer M. Hernandez specializes in the firm’s complex commercial litigation and Latin America practices. Jennifer has experience with international arbitrations and has handled claims of fraudulent misrepresentation, breaches of contracts, and violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and the False Claims Act in both state and federal court. She has attained favorable outcomes with arbitrations and settlements for her clients in a variety of industries including international telecommunications, global logistics, and shipping. Fluent in Spanish, Jennifer has also prepared filings in Spanish on behalf of Latin American clients in proceedings administered by the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
Jennifer graduated with her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During her time in law school, she was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team and an Editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy.
