Continental PLLC Joins the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

Miami, FL – Continental PLLC is pleased to announce that the firm has joined the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Founded in 2009, LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged to create a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.

Firm co-founding partner, John Arrastia Jr., will serve as an LCLD Member – Managing Partner and has pledged his commitment to LCLD. John was previously an LCLD Fellow in 2016, which is their flagship program preparing diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training and access to LCLD Members (Managing Partners and General Counsel).

John Arrastia Jr. and Carmen Manrara Cartaya will be attending the 14th Annual LCLD Membership Meeting in Washington, D.C. on October 12-13, 2023 representing Continental PLLC. 

Throughout his career, John has served as a mentor to many students and young lawyers. He is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Foundation board of directors and has been highlighted as a “Champion of Diversity” by the Defense Research Institute’s For the Defense magazine.
